2.1. PREPARING THE PUDDING
Remove the pits from the dates and place them in a deep bowl.
Pour boiling water over the dates. Let them soak in the water for 15 minutes until the fruits soften.
Remove the thoroughly softened dates from the water and transfer them to a food processor. Add 1 cup of milk and process until the mixture becomes a puree.
Crack 1 egg into the pot where you will cook the pudding and whisk it well.
Add all remaining ingredients except honey and the date puree you prepared to the egg, and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place the mixture on the stove and cook until it boils. During this process, continue stirring constantly to prevent the pudding from sticking to the bottom.

Remove the boiling pudding from the stove and divide it into the serving bowls.
