Your personal data may be processed by Altıparmak Gıda within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"). Altıparmak Gıda is considered the data controller within the scope of the Law.
- b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
The purposes of processing your personal data include, but are not limited to: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Altıparmak Gıda or Altıparmak Gıda's business partners, continuing Altıparmak Gıda's commercial activities, and managing Altıparmak Gıda's human resources and employment policies.
All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing and unlawful access to your personal data, and to ensure the secure storage of your personal data.
- c) Sharing Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with Altıparmak Gıda and its affiliates, Altıparmak Gıda's shareholders, business partners, customers, suppliers, external service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
The purposes of sharing your personal data include, but are not limited to: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Altıparmak Gıda or Altıparmak Gıda's business partners, continuing Altıparmak Gıda's commercial activities, and managing Altıparmak Gıda's human resources processes and employment policies.

- d) Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data and Their Legal Bases
Altıparmak Gıda collects your personal data through various channels such as surveys, websites, Altıparmak Gıda representatives, and similar means, and processes it for various legal reasons in accordance with the conditions listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, in order to continue its activities.
- e) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data Arising from the Law
According to the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
1. To learn whether personal data is being processed,
2. To request information if personal data has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
7. To request notification of the operations carried out in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
8. To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
9. To demand compensation for damages if personal data is processed unlawfully.
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can apply to Altıparmak Gıda, based on the principles explained in the "Application Form" linked above. If new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, these methods will be announced by Altıparmak Gıda.
Applications made within this scope will be finalized in the shortest possible time and within a maximum of 30 days. Such applications are currently free of charge. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee schedule, fees may be charged in accordance with this schedule.
