Ingredients:

Oatmeal (1.5 cups)

Balparmak Highland Flower Honey (1-2 tablespoons)

Banana (1 piece)

Raw cocoa powder (2 heaped tablespoons)

Dates (8-10 pieces) or date paste (5 tablespoons)

Milk (½ cup)

Walnut kernels (A handful)
For topping:

Dark chocolate sauce (Optional)

Strawberries (Optional)

Sliced almonds (Optional)
2. HOW TO MAKE PYRAMID MOSAIC CAKE?

Take the pitted dates or 5 tablespoons of date paste into a bowl. Add hot water on top.

Transfer the mixture to a food processor. Process until it becomes a puree.

When the mixture reaches a puree consistency, add milk and process again to ensure it mixes well.

Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork.

Put oatmeal, raw cocoa powder, banana, Balparmak Highland Flower Honey and date puree into a bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon or knead with your hands.

Finally, add the walnuts broken into small pieces. Mix a little more.

Lay a long piece of cling film on the counter. Place the prepared mosaic cake mixture onto the cling film, pressing it with your hands.

When you have given the dough a firm shape, close the cling film over the mixture from both sides. Press with your hands again and, with the help of the counter, shape the mixture into a pyramid.

Then, put the cling-wrapped mosaic cake in the freezer for 3 hours.

After taking it out of the freezer, you can serve your pyramid mosaic cake plain or decorated with dark chocolate melted in a bain-marie.
