  • Medium and Small Saucepan

  • Whisk

  • Rectangular Glass or Porcelain Dish

Ingredients:

  • Balparmak Strained Blossom Honey (2 tablespoons)

  • Dark Chocolate [200 grams (2.5 square packs)]

  • Crushed Peanuts (1 handful)

  • Unsweetened Peanut Butter (5 tablespoons)

  • Salt (1 pinch)

 

3. HOW IS FUDGE MADE?

How to Make Fudge

Melting dark chocolate is the first and most time-consuming stage of making fudge. Afterwards, all steps proceed quite easily and effortlessly. So, if you're ready, let the fudge making begin!

 

3.1. Melting and Mixing Stage

  • Fill the medium saucepan halfway with water and place it on the stove.

  • Break the dark chocolates and place them in the small saucepan.

  • When the water boils, place the small saucepan inside the medium saucepan and wait for the chocolates to melt using the double boiler method.

  • After the dark chocolates melt and cool slightly, add four tablespoons of peanut butter and two tablespoons of Balparmak Strained Blossom Honey, respectively.

  • To achieve the correct fudge consistency, mix all ingredients until they are homogeneous.

  • Add the peanut pieces to the mixture and mix again.

3.2. Preparation and Serving Stage

  • Pour the mixture quickly into your chosen rectangular dish before it hardens.
