Honeyed linden tea is a hot beverage that can be easily prepared by adding honey to linden tea. Linden tea, frequently consumed in winter, becomes both more intensely delicious and more reliably wholesome when prepared with honey instead of refined sugar. Moreover, if the honey used is linden honey, this tea becomes even more intensely aromatic and irresistibly flavorful!

Materials:

  • Small Pot with Lid

  • Strainer

  • Mug

Ingredients:

  • Dried Linden (1 pinch)

  • Water (1 large glass)

  • Balparmak Linden Honey (Desired amount)

  • Lemon [Optional (2 slices)]

  • Cinnamon Stick (Optional)

2.1. PREPARING HONEYED LINDEN TEA

  • Place the pot on the burner and add only water to it.

  • After the water boils, turn off the heat. Add the linden leaves and close the lid of the pot. (At this stage, you can also add lemon slices to the mixture if you wish.)

  • At the end of the waiting period, when the water temperature has decreased, strain the mixture.

  • Add Balparmak Linden Honey to the strained linden tea you poured into the mug.

  • After thoroughly mixing the tea - if you haven't opted for lemon - you can add a cinnamon stick to the mug before serving.
