Fresh Basil (1 bunch)

Lemon (1 piece)

Cinnamon Sticks (3-4 pieces)

Cloves (3-4 pieces)

Water (1 liter)

Balparmak Strained Blossom Plateau Honey (3 tablespoons)
3. HOW TO MAKE HONEY BASIL SHERBET?

Pour all the water into the pot. Then add the cinnamon sticks and cloves to the water.

Place the pot on the stove and heat until it boils. In the meantime, squeeze the lemon juice.

Add the lemon juice to the boiling water, stir a couple of times, and turn off the heat.

After washing the basil thoroughly, add it to the boiling water with its stems.

Close the lid of the pot and let it steep for 4-5 hours. (After the waiting period, the water should have turned a pinkish color.)

After sufficient time, strain the liquid mixture into the serving container. Add 3 tablespoons of Balparmak Strained Blossom Plateau Honey and stir.

To consume the sherbet cold, let it chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
4. HONEY BASIL SHERBET PRESENTATION

Pour the honey basil sherbet into glasses of your desired shape.

For a more elegant presentation, you can place a lemon slice, a basil leaf, or a cinnamon stick inside the glass, as desired.

You can add ice cubes to the glasses to increase the coldness of your sherbet.
5. TIPS FOR HONEY BASIL SHERBET RECIPE

Before preparing your sherbet, soak your basil leaves in vinegar water (preferably white vinegar) for 15-20 minutes. This will completely remove chemical residues and invisible microbes. However, you should be careful not to overdo the vinegar! Just a few drops of vinegar will be enough...
